1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. How to Request a Refund
To start a return, please contact us at contact@pleasuary.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@pleasuary.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
