At Pleasuary, we understand the importance of privacy when it comes to your purchases. That's why every order is shipped with 100% discreet packaging — no logos, no product names, no branding on the outside.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia and select international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia:
- Standard Shipping: FREE — Estimated delivery 0–7 business days
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout — Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
International:
- Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout — Estimated delivery 7–21 business days
On average, most of our customers receive their order within 5–7 business days (processing and shipping time included).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the Pleasuary brand. The sender name on the package will appear as a generic business name for your peace of mind.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@pleasuary.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Pleasuary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.
